I'm Victoria

A few years ago, I was living behind a brave face - holding down my life, but quietly falling apart after my miscarriages. Everyday moments could undo me - a window display, a pregnancy announcement, even the sight of balloons. My body didn’t feel like home anymore, and my story felt too painful to live inside of it.

Through this silence, I went down a dark and destructive path - trying to numb what I couldn’t face. But somewhere in that darkness, I realised I had a choice: I could lose myself too, or I could begin to find a gentler way back.

When I learned to align my mental, physical, and spiritual health, everything began to shift. I found small, steady ways to calm my nervous system, soften self-blame, and feel safe being me again - body, mind, and soul.

That’s why I created the Feel Safe in Your Story Challenge - for women healing after miscarriage who are ready to begin feeling calm, grounded, and at peace with their story, one gentle step at a time.

My vision is simple: you don’t have to stay trapped in survival mode. You can come home to yourself again - and this challenge is your first gentle step toward that peace.
